THE EVENT
2023 marked a turning point in the tech world, with Generative AI taking center stage, including its application in the manufacturing industry.
In March 2023, 40Factory launched the Beta Program for Wilson.ai, a virtual assistant based on Generative AI and GPT for industrial machine builders. A total of 21 companies joined this research and development project. After seven months, it's time to share the successes achieved with the general public. But not only that: together with important corporate delegates and experts, we will examine how Generative AI influences business functions such as customer service, design, and training. We will also address the ethical and privacy implications associated with this technology.
